We are recruiting for a dynamic Salon Manager with experience of beauty treatments.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of managing a team and ideally in a stand alone premises as you will be entirely responsible for the day to day running of the salon. Retail Management experience will be considered. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress and potentially join in for great career opportunity. Saturday working is required.

Successful candidates must have the following experience:

• Experience of managing a Salon or Retail Store
• Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
• Excellent organisation skills and time management.
• Good people skills in order to develop and motivate.
• Experience with financials\/budgets\/staffing costs.
• Facilitation of staff training and on - going staff development.

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year’ experience as a nail technician working in a salon or spa environment.
