Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen and tend to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring that all complaints are recorded and handled in line with company policies
• Ensure that all bookings for the next day have been checked
• Ensure that the working area and machinery/tools, products are kept clean, tidy, professional
• Fully in charge of the Salon SOPs hair related protocols and policies
• Perform a range of high-level hair treatments: wash, blow-dry, style, braids, cutting, including all

• Provide pre-consultation advice and provide treatments and services in line with company policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that all care is given to each client, and communications with them are fully recorded, signed, and dated

• Provide aftercare advice, and deliver an excellent standard of customer service
• In charge of stock, machinery/tools, consumables, related to the hair services/treatments
• Assist with marketing and sales by providing customers with the required information
• Ensure good and smooth communication with Salon Manager, and other team members
• Actively cross-sell and link-sell services, promotions, (new) products, events, packages, etc.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing pre-care, aftercare forms, client details, updating records, and logging, processing transactions, issuing receipts

• Complete all mandatory role relevant training; safe use of equipment and products
• You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and retain a clientele, by providing high-quality treatments while maintaining a professional attitude

Essential criteria:

• Minimum 1-year post qualifications experience in providing hair services
• Experience of working in a demanding, time governed environment
• NVQ Level 2
• Experience in all hair extensions, coloring, cutting, styling
• Team player, enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, people-oriented
• Passionate, well-groomed, enthusiastic, adaptable
• Willing to continue their professional path
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, people-oriented
• Excellent and dedicated attitude towards their work, flexible
• Well presented, professional attitude
• Good timekeeping and management
• Fluent in English
